You can go wherever you want – we’ll talk you through the options that best meet your needs and have all the insights and contacts to help make it happen. It's worth noting that trips to the Queenstown area should be planned well in advance due to demand on accommodation and rental vehicles all year round.

That’s up to you. We can provide a guide for all your transfer needs, or we can arrange rental vehicles to suit your group requirements.

We can cater for whatever you need. You might be touring alone or have a dozen or more – we work to your needs, not ours.

A lot of clubs run as professional businesses – fully staffed with the usual facilities. Carts are available along with cloud-based tee booking allotments that Vivid sorts before you travel.

But there are also clubs that are run and maintained by volunteers – carts aren’t available, and many operate manual tee sheets. That’s not to say they aren’t worth visiting – it’s all about setting expectations and the standard of facilities you might experience.
If you plan to visit some of these unique locations, packing a lightweight stand-bag is your best option and we’ll give you a rating of how easy they are to walk.

Otherwise, just bring the golf essentials—including a rangefinder or distance-measuring device. All New Zealand courses use meters, so if you're used to yards, you may need to do a bit of quick conversion.

There are a handful of exclusive clubs that we’re more than happy to make an approach to on your behalf, and there are a lot of member clubs that have certain days or times that are “members only”.

But 99% of clubs readily accept, and enjoy, visits from overseas players.

Hmmmm, that’s a tough one.
NZ is long, narrow, and isolated. We’re surrounded by the Pacific and Southern Ocean with the Tasman Sea squeezed between us and our Aussie neighbours. The far north borders on a sub-tropical climate, the deep south can get snow to sea level.

When it’s good, it’s very very good. When it’s bad, it’s bad. Sorry.

Our sun is very harsh – burn times in peak summer are extremely short and you should always use quality sunscreen to protect yourself.

Come prepared – our weather systems pass through quickly so you can have a real mix of conditions in a short space of time.

With the rare exception, all of our clubs offer a no play, no pay policy so you’ll be refunded for tee bookings that you cannot meet.
